Pathetic service experience recently, I had good experience first when I opted for their service first time but then it only got degraded, no proper ironing, packing all ironed and non ironed clothes in one single vacuum packing destroying the iron affects on clothes . Now I got my shirt back with the stains as is and when asked I am told this would go only in dry cleaning.

They follow a good procedure and keep you informed about the status of your laundry. Payment is made easy with UPI or cash. Also, they offer free pickup and delivery services to close vicinities.

I have been giving clothes regularly. They take care properly and timely pick up and delivery .Great job .I appreciate it's service.

Very good service. The staff was very polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this UClean unit if you are near Kalyani Nagar or Viman Nagar Pune.

They are absolute cheat. Ruined my 25k suit given for dry cleaning. They simply give it to a local iron guy and charge you for dry cleaning. Zero knowledge about dry cleaning stuff. It is just a washing store nothing else. Do not ever trust them with anything valuable.

Excellent concept for quick laundry, comes very handy for those including travelling professionals, students and more. Located in multiple places in Pune. Very affordable rates of 75 INR per kg of clothes, Express delivery. With a flight to catch, their express laundry service came very handy.

The service was awesome.Moreover I was impressed by the special care taken for my doctor's apron;I asked for wash and fold of clothes,but my apron was specifically washed separately and crisp ironed,that too in specified time

Fair prices and friendly service. Our travel plans changed so we needed our laundry back a little sooner than originally agreed. The man was happy to help without trying to scam us for more money. A+

I am very disappointed with the service and the cost of the laundry, I am rating it down again, initially it was good but i guess you guys won't care about valuable customers, anyways very disappointed, very disrespectful words and behaviour not cost going on and on ,

Impressed by the quality of the service. I have three blankets which were quite old and had plenty of stains on both the sides. I did expect it to go at all but to my surprise, all of them are as good as brand new. Thanks a lot!

Located in Viman Nagar, this place was saviour for us while shifting to Pune. Rahul is very professional but friendly person. Correct estimates, pickup n drop (timely, no false promises), reasonable rates and most important, clean folded clothes 😀 so checked my all requirements. Caters only to Viman Nagar and nearby areas. Will definitely use their services when in that area.

Needed a last minute ironing service for my silk sari and Rahul from My Dhobi Premium came to my rescue. Organised a Dunzo pick up and drop off, bang on time, with no pricy charges. A great job done too... highly recommended!

Excellent services by Viman Nagar branch. The owner went an extra mile to deliver clothes even after closing hours. Perfect washing and conditioning of clothes.

The place is an excellent option for all kinds of laundry services. Proprietors are kind and responsive and on day delivery is excellent. Highly recommended.

Best place for bachelor's to wash their cloth. They charge 50rs for 1kg . N also wash cloths nicely. Dry clean service also available.. If u get any stain on ur cloth they also remove it.

Very Good Service in Mundhwa, Vadgaonsheri, Kharadi , Kalyani Nagar, and Koregaon Park. Result is very good.

I have several exclusive “Parsi” border sarees . These borders , many of them very delicate & apart from aesthetic & monetary value , they have “heritage” value too ( many of them are handed down generations, and several are made of real gold & silver These borders are always only hand stitched . If the saree needed laundering the border needs to be removed by hand , then the saree is laundered , then the border is hand stitched back on to the saree .

Great laundry service. On-time and very quick. You will really appreciate the service in the rainy season. I am a regular, used it for last four months and I can easily recommend this service to all those overworked people who have very less time available to use for doing the laundry. I feel the pricing is quite reasonable. There has been a recent change by inclusion of tiers per weight range.

Good Place. Clothes are well washed with no damages.

Very irresponsible.. gave a jacket to dye, it was with them for 10 days and on the 11th day when I had to go pick it up, they tell me that its not possible to do that jacket and was left as it is for 10 days

Very nice service. Quick and value for money. I got my clothes in two days, and the quality of cleaning and ironing was very good.

Really poor service I requested for pickup and know one came at decided time. I tried customer care call they only told me u will receive call soon but did not received call also regarding update. Very bad 1 st experience

Overall service was ok Pick up and delivery was on time. But the charges differ what was committed. Person on phone told 20% discount for first time user but at the time of delivery invoice show only 10% Also woolen rugs delivered loose without proper packaging.
