Long waiting queue. Online or UPI payment procedure is very inconvenient. For UPI payment first you need to go to the office and generate a slip and then submit it to the cashier. Better to make cash or card payments on this petrol pump.

The service at this place has improved drastically in the past couple of months. The staff is a little soft spoken these days. It is a company owned and company operated outlet and the staff here would frequently cheat customers by filling less quantity of fuel and then arrogantly/ vulgarly abuse the customer and literally extort money from them.

This is one of the best company owned company operated petrol pump by Bharat petroleum located opposite to old RTO office. This facility has good and courteous staff. it is open for longer hours and also provides free Nitrogen and air for your vehicles.

Very big and spacious petrol pump. Diesel also available here. Exactly opposite RTO it's a great pump to fuel up if you're heading to Mumbai or Lonavla or Wherever you want to go.

Attendant didn't put a single drop of petrol. My tank was empty so I called him to look at the petrol pointer but he said your pointer is faulty and fought with me.

Decent staff but no Air service. Well maintained.

Petrol here is pure but waiting time is very high. Only 2 machine and line are pretty long. If you have patience then only visit this pump.

Petrol pump worker refuse to give me the petrol in the bottle for my bike which was dry and asked me to talk to onwer he denied too by showing me the paper cutting which was posted by police about not giving petrol in the bottle. I walked away by looking at it. But they are giving petrol to the known in the Bottle.

This is one good petrol pump you can re-fuel your vehicle. Yeah, do go with closed eyes, they never cheat you unlike other petrol pumps that I have come across. The attendants are well behaved mostly and be as professional as they can.

One of the best petrol pumps in Pune .Service levels are excellent , even when its crowded the staff manages it very well without any chaos happening .The petrol gives the best average even better than other HP petrol pumps . Staff is polite .

Never has air refilling guys on the air pump for 4 wheelers one person will be there for 20 2 wheelers 4 wheelers have to wait or they just ha e to leave to avoid the wait period which is long...

Though being one of the oldest fuel stations the annoying part is the wait time usually, but the staff the here are all very professional not like other fuel stations who will get in to verbal issues and other stuff, so 1 additional star for the staff discipline 😊

This is by far the largest and best quality petrol bunk in all of Pune. By Quality I mean the fuel quality as well as that of customer service and pump attendees. Bith gents and ladies man the pumps and they are very courteous and doesn't rush to lift the pump off upon completion.

They didn't seem like they wanted customers, and even after having so many more working pumps still used 2 ; they had the complete working staff sufficient for more pumps to be used but didn't. Was disappointed cause of this I hope this changes soon

My regular petrol pump from 17 years Never had issue with service and quality.

The service was fast. They took card and cash as well. It seems to be a better petrol pump as compared to others in the area.

The people over here are very rude.. Last time they took 300/- extra while online paying as I read my bank message after reaching home.. I went back there and took my 300rs back. And now everytime I go there, they mock me by showing me the cctv's.. I've got no trust paying online on this petrol pump..
