I gave him my jacket for dry cleaning, he assured me with 'express' option with additional charges, he would give me timely delivery The jacket was not cleaned in the first place and he broke two buttons of my jackets and also tore one of the pockets Yet he has the audacity to argue! Extremely pathetic service!

The service has been great. I got my clothes back within two days, perfectly washed and folded. Highly recommended.

The service is nice. I've been an old customer for almost 3-4 years now. They do their job efficiently and on time. Their rates are pretty reasonable and good for bulk laundry. They have a good message notification service that helps customer know when their laundry is ready to be picked up.

Rude behavior by staff and not providing services as they mentioned during your visit.

Have used. istri Bistri. for cleaning shoes and dry cleaning and roll pressing my clothes. Superb service and incredible customer service. They are my go-to laundry vendor and the pickups and drop offs make life easier!

I was find 2 4 laundry shop and his was saying the shoes expired so he will reused my shoes and fill like new.

Istri bistri is extremely professional, on time and is good with not just iron ,but also drycleaning, laundry etc. They always ensure a hassle free experience. Definitely a great service👍

Worst service by any laundry service which I have experienced, WORST EVER. Note for others, these guys are charging premium rates for services and yet extremely unresponsive team. Back pickup bad delivery high rates.

DISAPPOINTING Services in Wakad Please please please if you love your clothes do not give it to Tymbledry. I sent 1 saree to iron and it came back with purple ink stains on it and then they say it was not their fault and in return they order you to rudely pay bill, obviously i am going to pay it but the ethics are zero and no apologies to waste your clothes. Pathetic service.

Good place for Drycleaninv in Wakad. Nice staff. I got my Leather Jacket cleaned here. They took time but did it well.
