I gave them 8 items for wash and iron on Thursday evening and specifically said I needed it done before Monday and was told that I could pay extra and get it on Saturday. I confirmed with the guy working at the counter again before I left and he said I would get my clothes on Saturday. Come Saturday,

Very third class service ... They will promise you for one day delivery but what they will do, they will just iron the cloth and will handover the same without dry cleaning. But for this type of service you have to pay double the dry cleaning amount . ...

They claim to have pick and drop provided you have a minimum no of garments. I had shared a request for pick up, Sat morning. I got a call confirming the pick up and assured that it will be picked up by that day 6pm or else definitely before 11am on Mon. However there has been no communication since then. Very disappointed with a premium service!
