Very nice experience. Assistant were helpful. Various tasty dishes are available. You can try both veg and non vegetarian dishes. Ice cream is really good. Try fish fry it's really best. You can suggest any item which you want they will prepare it for you. They will celebrate birthday if one of your friend or family member has birthday on that day. It is really nice. They will collectively celebrate it. Restroom is present there. Usually the place is crowded. So book your slot and time earlier. You can ask for whatever you want.

Ambience is good, and has inhouse bar with limited options. Everything else including taste is similar to rest of the branches. So if you want to have unlimited food with paid drinks then it's a good place to come and have nice time.

The food is really tasty and portion is quite large. People there are very polite and humble. They even attend to your special requests. I had a very nice experience.

Delicious kebabs and biryani, ordered on 31-Dec and had an amazing dinner experience. They have all brass plates for eating and water is also served in brass glasses which is unique and pleasant experience

Dinning on 8 june At kebab factory Amazing experience food was delicious. Overall very good experience with the staff,food and ambience Must try starters brocoli, chicken they had amazing starters but one great dissapointment was mutton dishes had a flavour which wasnt that pleasant , rest no doubt was scrumptious

Best Lucknow style kebab.. Service is fabulous.. staffs were amazing too.. All food items were very tasty. Advice - Leave some room for amazing desserts. 😊 Worth every penny.

Food was surprisingly good. Hope to be back to redeem from this experience. Unfortunately the the space and staff interaction was very disconnected. Probably also coz I visited at 3.00pm. I was not offered but insisted to buy a bottle of water only after I explained that it was against the law for an F &B establishment to not have a water purification system was that choice opened up to me.

Ambience is lovely with a good seating space indoor as well as outdoor. Staff is polite. You will get a good variety in burgers here as the name suggests. Thy have separate menus for food and bar. We went during lunch hours and they werent serving coffee so this could be improved.
